He was our HERO 🦸‍♂️ when I was visiting my 92 yr old mother and the connection to her well pump went bad they worked into the night to fix it so we would not be without water. Kody showed such compassion when we were both stressed after a long day spent in a doctor’s office. The cost of this unexpected expense was very reasonable. The best electrician in the Hope Mills area!!!! I had 2 rooms in my house w/o power. I called Flash Gordon Thursday at 7pm and he explained that he did have a full schedule for the next day but he would try to squeeze me in Friday but if not definitely the next week. Well let me tell you how amazing this company is, not only did he show up first thing Friday morning, found the problem which was caused by a room that had power, and fixed it in less then an hour but he checked another power outage in my shed. And scheduled an appointment to come back and fix that problem. They say, if you’re a homeowner all you will ever need is a good plumber & electrician. And I have found the best of the best! Kody was great! I had an emergency at one of my rental properties. My usual electrician was not available so I did what most people do and searched here on Google, mainly looking at reviews which is why I’m leaving one here. I called Kody on a Thursday and he was at my property the next day and fixed the issue! I was out of town the entire weekend so I was not able to view the end result but he took the time to send me pics of the work he did. The city had to inspect the property the next day and he drove all the way to the property first thing and waited for the inspector to make sure everything passed and it did! He was truly a lifesaver and I will be using his services from here on out with the rest of my properties. Very respectful, honest and transparent, very knowledgeable, and great customer service! We have used this company several times and have always been pleased. I appreciate the quick response any time I call. They added an outlet for our new RV and charged less than we expected. When we expanded our home by adding a sunroom, they did all of the electrical work. They have added additional exterior outlets as well as interior ones. My daughter has used this company as well and they were able to add can lights in her ceiling when two other companies said it couldn't be done.
